<  배송정보  >
- 후암홈쇼핑은 경동택배 및 CJ대한통운을 이용하여 발송해드립니다.
국내 전 지역 기본 배송료는 5,500원입니다. (소품은 2,500원)
- 대형작품과 무거운 작품은 운송업체 기준에 따릅니다.
- 고객님께서 주문하신 상품은 2일에서 7일 정도 기간이 소요되며 간혹 특정 상품의 주문 폭주로 인해 배송이 다소 지연될 수 있습니다.
- 사이트 상단의 배송조회 메뉴를 이용하시면 주문 상품의 배송현황을 확인할 수 있습니다.
- 각 상품마다 필수 옵션을 이용하여 배송 방법을 선택할 수 있으며 별도의 옵션이 없다면 택배를 이용, 그에 따른 배송료가 상품에 포함되어 있는 것입니다.

<  교환/반품정보  >
- 고객센터 02-703-1643 (월-토: 10:00~19:00)
- 상품의 품질보증기간(15일) 중 삼품이 불량일 경우 A/S 비용과 운송비 모두 무료입니다.
단, 고객 과실의 파손 및 불량일 경우 품질보증기간이 남았더라도 수선비와 운송비를 부담하셔야 합니다.

<  반품 택배비를 고객님이 부담해야 하는 경우  >
1. 수령한 상품에 이상이 없는 경우
2. 디자인, 색상, 사이즈 등 고객 단순 변심에 의한 경우

<  반품 택배비를 판매자가 부담하는 경우  >
1. 수령한 상품이 불량인 경우
2. 수령한 상품이 파손된 경우
3. 상품의 내용이 주문과 다를 경우
4. 주문한 상품과 다른 상품이 배송 된 경우
- 반품 및 교환 신청은 고객센터 또는 게시판을 이용하여 신청해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 반품 및 교환 신청이 접수되면 3-4일 내로 택배사에서 방문하여 회수합니다.
(택배사 방문시 포장이 안 되어 있으면 회수가 불가능합니다. 처음 받으셨을 때의 모습으로 포장해 주세요.)

<  교환/반품정보  >
- 주문 제작 상품은 입금된 후 바로 제작에 들어갑니다. (제작에 들어간 후에는 취소/환불이 불가능합니다.)
- 동양화, 대형 명화, 수채화, 판화는 주문금액이 입금된 후 1시간 내로 제작에 들어갑니다.
(액자 제작에 들어간 후에는 취소/환불이 불가능 합니다.)
- 환불 처리가 완료되면 환불금은 무통장/실시간 계좌이체의 경우 입금하신 은행 계좌로 이체되며, 신용카드의 경우 승인 취소 처리됩니다.
- 카드 환불의 경우 카드사의 업무처리상 7-15일 가량 소요 될 수 있습니다.

<  교환 반품이 불가한 경우  >
- 주문 제작되는 고객 맞춤형 상품일 경우
- 구매자의 부주의로 인해 상품이 훼손/변질되어 가치가 떨어진 경우
- 상품별 반품(환불) 불가라고 기재되어 있는 경우
- 액자 제작에 들어간 경우 (동양화, 판화, 수채화 등 작품과 일체형으로 제작된 것)

<  Shipping Infomation  >
- Huam Home Shopping is sent using Gyeongdong Delivery and CJ Logistics.
- The basic shipping charge for all regions in Korea is 5,500 won. (Props are 2,500 won)
- Iarge works and heavy works : subject to carrier company standards
- The product you ordered takes 2 to 7 days, and sometimes the delivery may be delayed a little due to heavy orders.
- You can check the delivery status of the ordered product by using the tracking menu at the top of the website.
- For each product, you can choose the delivery method using the required option, and if you do not have a separate option, the product includes the delivery fee by courier.

<  Exchange/Return Information  >
- Customer Center 02-703-1643 (Mon-Saturday 10:00-19:00)
- If the product is defective during the warranty period(15 days), both A/S and transportation costs are free.
However, if the customer's fault is damaged or defective, the repair and transportation costs must be paid even if the warranty period remains.

<  If you have to pay for the return delivery fee  >
1. In case there is no abnormality in the received product
2. In the case of a simple change in design, color, size, etc.
<  Seller pays for return delivery  >
1) In case the received product is defective
2) In case the received product is damaged
3) If the contents of the product are different from the order,
4) If a product other than the product ordered has been delivered
- For return and exchange applications, please use the Customer Center or the bulletin board.
- Upon receipt of a return or exchange request, the courier should visit and retrieve it within 3-4 days.
(If it's not packed during the courier visit, it can't be retrieved. Please wrap it in the way you first received it.)

<  Exchange/Return Information  >
- The custom goods will be ready for production as soon as they are deposited. (Cancellation/Refund is not possible after production.)
- Oriental, large-scale masterpieces, watercolors, and prints will be in production within one hour of the deposit.
(Cancellation/refund is not possible after frame making.)
- When the refund process is completed, the refund will be transferred to the bank account you have deposited and the credit card will be canceled.
- Card refund may take 7-15 days for the credit card company to handle its business.

<  In case an exchange return is not possible  >
- Customized customizable products that are custom-made
- In case the value of the product is reduced due to the damage/distribution of the product due to the carelessness of the buyer
- If it says return(refundable) by product is not allowed
- In case of frame production (manufactured as an integral part of works such as Oriental painting, engraving, watercolor, etc.
